[b. 1981 Dublin, Ireland] A mid-career artist based in London UK since 2006, now working predominately in largescale paintings on canvas. Recently awarded the Phoenix International Award from Effetto Arte Foundation in Italy.
Snap Collective publishing in Paris have just released the first book on Coyle’s paintings. Coyle has achieved a plethora of awards throughout her career. Most notably, she is a recipient of the International Art Market’s Gold List award. ‘Top international contemporary artist of today', ‘Recommended artist to invest in and to be inspired by’, work acquired by former Trustee of Tate museums Dame Janet Wolfson de Botton.
‘My main career focus is always on my studio work and a painting style I have been progressing for 25 years which continues to develop’ Her artwork has appeared in and on the cover of over fifty publications worldwide. Coyle has recently finished her largest painting to date, 'Collective Selection [1]' combines eight images in a 960cm painting.
