Liao Wanying, female, born in the late 1970s, is a Chinese national currently residing in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She is a professional painter and member of the Canadian Artists Society (SCA), American Portrait Painters Association (OPA), and National Oil Painters and Acrylic Artists Association (NOAPS).

educational background

In 1998, he graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Xi 'an Academy of Fine Arts, studying under famous teachers such as Guo Beiping.
In 2000, he received a master's degree in oil painting from Xi' an Academy of Fine Arts, specializing in impressionist painting.
