Her artistic endeavors into the captivating realm where time,materials, and nature converge to narrate profound stories. it is a symphony of time and nature.She deals with the nature, environment, landscape which is for her also landscapes of the soul, for a long time. She wants to depict reduces and abstract landscapes and changes in nature, but also include the feelings and perceptions during the painting process.

To do this, she combines the found objects from nature, like braids, bark and straw, together with Asian and self-colored paper as collages, as well as several layers of paint and earth on the canvas, which creates a haptic.It is a devotion to her process and handling of materials, colors and shapes that inspires her to implement new ideas on canvas. So the viewer of her works can immerse himself with his thoughts and travel between heaven and earth

She was born in Zürich, Switzerland and now lives in Germany since 1973. As a child she loved to paint and draw and had the chance to take lessons from a painter. After her education and apprenticeship as a merchant and longer stay in France and England she got married and moved with her husband to Ann Arbor, Mich. USA for 2 years where her career began.

She never visited an Art School or University. During her various trips to Mexico, Canada, Africa, Europe and later India she refined her technique. 1971 she returned to Zurich and moved 1973 first near Karlsruhe and 1998 to the Black Forest, Germany. She regularly showed her work since then in galleries, Art Fairs in Europe Art Fairs,New York, San Francisco and Miami with a gallery.
