Winston Tragico, born in 1959 in Cebu City, Philipines, currently resides in Bad Sachsa, Germany He studied art at the former East Visayan School of Arts and Trades in Dumaguete City, Philippines, now Known as Negros - Oriental State University.

Tragico has held solo exhibitions in the USA and Germany, and has participated in group exhibitions in France, Great Britain, Germany, and Austria. Notable among these are significant shows at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris, and with the GAA Global Art Agency at the Oxford nternational Art Fair Oxford, Town Hall, Great Britain. His works are featured in numerous Private and Public collections Worldwide. Tragico has been honored with the International Raffaello Prize in Bologna, |taly. The Premier Artist Prize 2025 in Barcelona, Spain.

His paintings explore the human condition and emotional landscapes — expressing life's complexity, memories, and profound experiences through bold, expressive brushwork.
